Korcula Marina
Localisation
Korcula is a harbour town on the northeastern coast of the island bearing the same name. It is situated on a peninsula connected with a narrow isthmus. Marina Korcula is located in a small bay on the eastern side of the town. It is protected by a breakwater to the north. Korcula, the main town on the island, has a population of approximately 3000. And with it's numerous buildings and monuments, cafes, hotels, restaurants, galleries, cinema etc, Korcula is a historcal centre of the island. It is remakable for its exceptionally beautiful geographical position in the Peljesac channel, for the richness of its monumental and cultural heritage, shipping trade, ship-building and stone carving. Korcula is very popular for visitors as central location from which they explore the rest of the island.
Korcula is the birthplace of the famous sailor Marco Polo.

Berths
The marina has 135 berths and 15 boat places on land. The berths have water and power supply.
Services
Reception, exchange office, restaurant, toilets and showers, laundry service, grocery shop, repair shop, 10 t crane, parking lot. The gas station is approximately 0.5 miles east of the harbour, by the ferry pier. There is also a permanent maritime border crossing. The marina has also 11 high standard apartments.
Access
The town of Korcula is linked to the Peljeoac Peninsula (Orebic) by a ferry line, from where you can reach the nearest airport Dubrovnik (130 km) by road. The island of Korcula also has ferry lines to Drvenik and Split from Vela Luka (40 km). There are also ferry lines to Rijeka and Dubrovnik (Rijeka Zadar Split Stari Grad Korcula Dubrovnik).
