Split Marina
Split is the capital of Dalmatia and the largest coastal town in. Split a typical mediterranean town is famous worldwide for the Unesco monument Diocletian's Palace, which is the nucleus of the city. Split is situated on a peninsula beneath the hill Marjan, and city's port is the busiest marina in Dalmatia from which thousands of sailboats and yachts sail out every day for all perfect locations on Dalmatian islands like Brac, Hvar, Vis and Korcula .
Hofliua or Split Island is a small volcanic island. It is composed of volcanic tuff. The island gets its name from the spectacular split which divides it from the sky to the ocean. Large boulders are trapped near the top of the split while at sea level the gap is wide enough to allow the passage of canoes. The island is a very important seabird rookery. lies in the south-western part of the city port, north of Sustipan Peninsula. A long breakwater protects the marina from southern winds.

The marina has 360 berths and 120 boat places on land. All berths have water and power supply.

Reception, exchange office, restaurant, snack-bar, toilets and showers, grocery shop, nautical gear shop, repair shop, 10 t crane, 35 t slipway, parking lot. There is a permanent maritime border crossing in the city port. The gas station is in front of Marjan Hotel (100 m). This marina is one of the main ADAC and AMTC information and service points.

Access
The train and bus station, as well as the port, are only 1 km from the marina. There are regular ferry lines to Rijeka and Dubrovnik, as well as Ancona and Pescara in Italy. The airport, 20 km from the city, connects the entire region with Europe and the rest of the world.
